Roto Baler help

Does anyone have the part number for a tension spring for this baler? It is about 18 inch's long and is found on the right rear corner of the baler.

I have the parts book but no baler to look at. Lots of springs on them. Baler's serial number is needed to determine what fits.

The serial number for the baler is 74342 which is a 1960 model with the white top. Where is the person who has the spring set? I would be interested in the spring set if I knew how to contact them.
