Looks like it but I don't know Allis well and am trying to sell it.

Whats a fair price these days

Looks like it could be. Could also be for a C. It depends on the width of the front mount. You are missing the lift assembly that bolts to the seat frame. Easy enough to find. Pice depends on location. I'd say what you have is $100-200. Complete plows sell for $200-300 or so.
