Does anyone know if there is a place where you can buy the spin on oil filters with the old allis chalmers logo?

No, but there are aftermarket companies that sell a sticker with the oil filter screen print on them. You can paint a new filter orange and slap the sticker on.

Best one I've seen is putting the sticker on a piece of the flexible magnetic material painted orange that was cut to the right size to wrap around the filter can. Then when you change the oil, you can just wrap it around the new filter. I'm going to do the same with mine, I just bought several filters and painted them orange, so I'll be ready.
