D17 Distributor

Thank you to everyone who responded to my last post.

I believe the gears at the bottom of the distributor (the top one anyway) is worn.

How does ine take the gears off? Or does the whole distributor need to be replaced?

If you look closely down between the teeth you will find a pin that must be driven out to remove the gear.
Not a big project at all!
