Allis-Chalmers 7G - Trying to Locate VIN & Model year

I have a Allis-Chalmers 7G abandoned on my property. I'm trying to locate the VIN ad Model Year so I can identify the owner through vehicle registration. Could someone assist? I've also load a picture

Picture didn't load. Sadly, your plan isn't going to work. There are no records of who owns or owned any farm or industrial equipment.

(quoted from post at 20:20:10 11/15/16) What is a 7G?

No, it's been sitting there for at least 2 years. I checked online for the county process for handling abandoned vehicle. I'll try the sheriff

Thanks

If you found that number near the shifter of a smaller size tractor, then you have an early model B. Still having trouble seeing the picture on my phone.

Finally saw the picture. Might want to try a Google search. The "other" Allis site has a construction section. Id bet someone there would know what ut is and where to look.

sadly in most places there's no registration on them other than what was written
on the OP's sales slip, banks record if there was a lien and maybe an insurance
company record
Try the local police they might have a report on it as a stolen unit
If it's been there that long way didn't you report it a long time ago
looks like a nice unit

If it's been on your property for two years in
assuming if was there when you bought the
property. You have a rusty new dozer most of us
would probably like to have.
