I have 5.5 - 16 rubber now will a 6 - 16 work OK

5.50X16 are 1/2 and inch narrower then the 6.00X16 so as long as what ever tractor your putting them on has enough room for them to fit it will be just fine and a bigger foot print helps in soft ground

My unstyled WC narrow front had one 5.50-16 and one 6.00-16 on it...The 6.00-16 rubbed the pedestal. The 5.50 did not. I bought 2 new 5.50-16's for it this summer and they don't rub.....
