D17 brakes and hydualic line

Does anyone know how much of a job it is to replace brakes on a D17. Do the axles have to be pulled?
Also can an extra hydualic outlet be added in the rear fairly simple??

Oldest D-17's are like a WD or WD45. Brakes come out of the top cover after removing the lower pivot pin. The series 3 and 4 tractors have the combination band and disc brakes which require pulling the axle.
