B Radiator Removal- how?

I have to replace the water pump on my B. Is there a trick to getting the front nose cone and grille off? I pulled all the bolts I could find and it will wiggle some, but does not seem to want to come off. Do I need to unhook the radiator hoses and pull the radiator and the shroud off together? I don't want to force something and break it. The bottom of the nose piece below the grille is banged up pretty badly.

Thanks,
Tim

Been a long time since I have done it so I may not be correct but yes I thing you need to pull the grill and radiator s a unit Which also means pulling the hood off

I have done it by spring the tip of the cowling over the radiator fill which isn't easy, then sliding it forward. You need to take off the hood first to make it easier to work on both the grill/ cowling and water pump. Put a new belt on so you won't have to do it later.

after removing all of the bolts, pull the grille out at the bottom and this will allow you to slide it up to clear the radiator cap. Then just pull it off. The bolts under the grille are 1/2" bolts that act as a stop for the front axle. LOL Bob
