Trying to buy one tractor is non running motor loose tires need replaced but otherwise in descent original condition would like to no a fair value

according to tractor data . com Alliss made 101 different models of tractors
each one had many different comfigrations bringing the model count up considerably
can you help us help you by narrowing it down or pics to something we can work with to help with giving you some help
with the info supplied my best guess will be from a low of free to a high of $100,000

An Allis Chalmers A is a pretty rare tractor only around 1224 built.I'd say something like you're talking about would start at $5,000.Electric start,PTO,lights would all add value.

$3000 to $20,000
With no more information than we have its about as close as I can give. I have seen "decent" describe the full spectrum of conditions from what I consider super nice to junk in my eyes. With the current rage in collecting being nice unrestored originals a highly optioned tractor in extra nice OEM shape could bring 4X what the other poster's value. Unlike most other models the later ones bring more money than the early ones. If you would like a more qualified opinion of value we need to know if its a hand cranker or electric start? PTO? Belt pulley? Gasoline or distilate fuel? OEM engine or power unit? Rims rotted out? Serial number or year and a picture would be nice. From the top price given there is a huge price drop from NICE OEM to average OEM condition, Another drop for hand crank, another drop for beat up fenders and hood and again for rotted out manifolds. This is again because of the demand for nice originals and due to the fact that replacement parts both OEM used and reproduction are expensive.
