This WD is my first, and it hadn't run in a few years. You guys helped me get it running.

Sounds like you may have an exhaust leak other than that from what you posted it seems to be running pretty good.

Good ear! 3 of the 4 manifold exhaust gaskets are blown out. Don't see any other holes.

I'll get them ordered.

FWIW...I like to rub "Hi-Temp" Silicone into the asbestos gaskets and stick them in the metal cups and sthick that to the manifold runners...makes it a lot easier and I think the gaskets last longer..
I replace the studs with Hard Bolts of the correct length, with hard Steel washers under the bolt heads..

You do not need to wrench that manifold down real tight..it has to move as it heats and cools against the head..that is why the metal cups are on there...
