All Crop Questoins...

Been out on the Super M / AC 60 All Crop all day, and everything went OK. Got about 4 acres harvested, which, I think is good consider the restrictions. I broke the belt on the unloading auger, and had to go get a new one in town. Had a metal piece fall off, which I then had to go find, and reinstall. Few other little things, but, for the most part, all was good.

The one issue I have, is the upper draper. It is VERY loose on the two rollers, and when ever a larger amount of material is carried up the lower draper, the upper one just stops turning, and the roller spins inside the fabric. Is there any way to tighten the rollers / cloth and make it work better?

Dad had one about 53 years ago. Actually a 66. Is thre any adjustment on the rollers? Otherwise I remember helping to put on a new lower canvas, or maybe tightening the old one. Remember loosening lot of little bolts and pulling the flaps through farther.

You need to tighten up the canvas by loosening all the fasteners at the connection bar. Pull the tabs of canvas tighter and equally until you have a sag of about 1/2 to 3/4 inch when it is in the operating position. Ryan
