My Dad has a No. 4 Power Mower on his AC G. I have a copy of "Operating instructions and repair parts illustrations" form JoeM(Ga).
My Dad feels that the Pitman strap (Bearing End)and the Housing (that the Bearing end pitman strap connects to) are worn enough that he would like to replace.
In the PDF of the "Operating instructions and repair parts illustrations" JoeM(Ga) gave me, it appears that the part numbers are as follows:
802088 Pitman Strap
802125 Housing
Is there a source for these less expensive than AGCO?
Also, how hard (if at all possible) is it to use JD #5 mower Guards and Knife Sections on this mower?
