did AC ever make a WD50???????

There was no WD-50. Look at the serial no. of the engine on the left side of the block, it will say start with 45 if it is a 45 engine. You can't really tell now as many WDs have had 45 cranks and kits installed to make them into 45s. The 45 block doesn't have the cover plate on the right side of the engine either, this is a about 1/8" thick plate the length of the block and maybe 5' high, easy to spot. Check the tractor serial no. on the back left side of the differential housing on the machined area behind the left brake area. Compare to serial no. list. A 45 will have a curved shift lever, but some WD did too. And the 45 had a curved seat bar, the WD had one with two straight sections and a bend between them. This one could be easy to change so it isn't a positive sign, just an indication. It is hard to tell from your picture, but it looks like the shift lever might be straight, a WD.

Thanks for your reply's

I did not think AC made a WD50 , but you never know, many test models might have been tried,
