Allis WC overdrive

Just got in an unstyled WC for parts. The guy said it has an overdrive/ 2-speed or something like that. It has another shift handle next to the normal one. Who made kits like this? What do I have to save to make this kit work in a different tractor? I would like to sell this kit and want to make sure I save it all. Thanks !

Do you have a picture of it? Believe it or not, many people have confused the WC rear disconnect as being a 2 speed. If they drove the tractor it would be obvious but if they had never had it running and they don't know Allis, then who knows.

Overdrives and underdrives were made for them. Not going to fit anything other than a WC and maybe an RC(not sure on that one). Could also be the cultivator disconnect. The antique pullers like having the over or under drives.

Sounds like a Sherman 2 speed that could be put on WC or RC tractors won't be a exact fit for anything else. The ones I have seen the high is higher than the regular WC speed and the low is
lower.

Is there actually a gearbox between the tractor transmission and the differential? If a small box, flat plate on top, lever on the right rear, that is the traction release lever- used to lift a cultivator/lister, without forward movement of the tractor.
