Oil Filters

I don't have them off hand, but I know it's the same as a WC, B, C, CA, WD, WD45, and D17 series 1. They used the snot out of that filter.

If I remember right I use the wix 57011. I have that on my C and the W Speed Patrol and the WD45

Baldwin T 300 M, NAPA Gold 7011 and 57011 Wix are same , Hastings LF 405, and Fram C 159 will all fit a B. I would buy Fram as last resort.

I use Fleetgard LF571 which as far as I can tell is identical to the Fram C159 and the filters that AGCO sells other than the logos

I didn't know that Fleetguard made a filter that fit a Chalmers. If you cut the two filters open you will see that the the Fleetguard is a by far better filter.

I would agree with your assessment of Fram filters in general but the C159 is correctly constructed and it is in all respects identical to the Fleetgards I use (because I get them at fleet pricing) and the filters AGCO sells. The C159 isnt even stenciled, just a plain white filter in a Fram box. Fram either doesn't make the C159, or makes that filter for a host of others I dont know which it is.

I buy all my filters from Agco. They are reasonable in price and have the Allis Chalmers logo on them. I think it kinda makes the tractors look official. Ryan
