WD Hydraulic Fluid

Can one use Universal Hydraulic Fluid in WD 45 or something else? Thank you

That's what I use. It's very close to the originally recommended 10 or 20 weight.

See no reason why you couldn't use it. I use 20 weight non det. in my WD45 but I have a place can get 20W non det. oil and it's cheaper than hydraulic oil.

Ours have always had 10/30 in the engine AND Hydraulic system since new...

Use what you like, using the same oil is handy if you would ever need to add any..
