Found a nice 160 and the man wants 3500.00, cranks good, better than good tires, no external hydraulics is about the only thing lacking. Am I missing something?

It's made in France...some parts are hard to get. If the tractor has no hydraulics are you able to do most of your work that way?

I currently and have owned several. I like them alot. You will get negative opinions on them mostly from people that don't own one.

I agree that it may be a likeable tractor and true to your comment I don't own one but my Dad used to own one and I'm speaking from his experience. I suppose if you search hard enough maybe you can get all the parts you may need even if they have to come from overseas...and if you don't need any hard to find parts...well then it's all good.

I have one with a IH loader on it. Hauls feed for cows everyday in the spring and cleans a heifer barn in the winter months. Starts good and only takes minutes for the block heater to warm it up when cold. Tractor hydraulic pump works at times but this one has one mounted off the front fly wheel and its own resivoir. Runs the loader and gives one rear remote. 3500 might be a little steep. Gave 3300 at auction for the one I have with loader and tach read 3400 now reads 3800. My biggest complaint is it can't cool itself enough to run a 6 foot bush hog so we just don't use it on it.

Neighbor has one , handy little tractor . That's about what he paid . It's in good condition he uses it for a bunch of different jobs on his small dairy.
