D17 Rocker arms

I bought this tractor in parts.

Need help with overhaul. Does anyone have directions and/or pictures for correct installation of rocker arm baffle and small oil line to rocker arm. Service manual not clear on this.

Also book shows no lines to this connection on head. i am assuming it should be temp gauge. But fitting in this picture is confusing.
