Looking to find out what year this tractor is have the serial #0143231 but no listings for the 160's in any of my books.

Hi Kevin,
I just looked at tractordata.com. For some reason they say the serial numbers for the 160 are unknown. Strange?..... I am sure someone else will chime in with better info for you than me. Good luck though. Nice tractors though. I had an old neighbor cut my hay for years with a 160 and a disc mower. Great tractor for many small jobs.

Thanks Kow Farmer I tried the same thing no luck and any of my books don't show it, its like they don't want to admit it was ever built.

YT has a serial num look up on here but the 160 is not listed for some reason
there is also a tractor registry that does have a few listed there I included the link below
from what I see there your's would be a 1970
AC 160 registry

Allis has no record of serial numbers. Is it a One-Sixty, or a 160? They imported the one sixtys in 69, 70, and 71, and did the 160 in 72 and 73. Total of 4110 one sixty and 1487 160's.
