Lift Bar/Shaft on Allis M-72 or M-82 16 Plows

Bottom didn't trip and I broke the offset end on the lift bar/shaft. This is a 3 pt hitch, 2 bottom 16 inch plow. Is there any chance of finding a replacement or has anybody fabricated one?

A good welder can repair that. I have one on a 4 bottom John Deere that has been welded for 20 years.

We have a good fabrication shop locally, so I am taking it apart and see if they can weld the old one or make something new. It broke where it goes through the plow frame and the material looks awful hard, no bend, just snapped. Sure isn't cold roll.

The professional weld did not hold.... seems there is a steel bar inside a tube and that is broken. Not a solid bar and no way to weld both. Are there any Allis junk yards? I could still fabricate a new shaft, but a new plow might be the wise decision. This sucker pulls hard!
