D17 front axle support

Hello. I have a series 4 d17 that I recently put a loader on. The tractor is a tricycle, and I purchased a wide front off a series 2 to put under it. I didn't realize that the front support was worn through until I got it home. I looked into getting it welded up and machined back out, and they want quite a bit for it. I was wondering if someone on here might have one in useable shape off a d17 after serial #38136. I'm located halfway between Louisville and Lexington Ky. Thank you. John.

Most repairs like that involve just cutting the old pin clear off and welding on a new one. Not too big of a deal. You sound like you have the right vintage axle as you refer to a s/n. If you have the older design axle, it will not fit at the bell housing.
