Looks like the plow for the WD, been converted to Snap Coupler hookup. May not have a model number. Curved standard, as opposed to later plow during WD45 production, which was vertical, bolted. Lift linkage is early style. That"s a Snap Coupler drawbar bolted in to the original frame. Early mounted planters used the same forward frame. Plow age is either side of 1950.

Isn't this the snap coupler plow for the WD45? This plow is 2-16s and when I got it it was in pieces and now I need to clean it up and paint it.

That is a true snap coupler plow. As stated, the OP plow is a pin hitch that someone has left the drawbar in essentially making it a SC plow. Predates the SC hitch, so it's got to be between 48 when the WD came out and around 1953 when they came out with the snap coupler system.

(quoted from post at 10:59:51 04/13/16) Can anyone identify my plow?

That is an odd duck with the shaped beams like the old pull type plows. I'd say if it isn't pieced together from one it would have to be a very early plow for the WD. The drawbar is not original to the plow.
