Whats wrong with the one you have or is it a case of you have a tractor but no engine in it??

The inside of the engine is full of rust. Owner said he blew a hed gasket and it has sat for 6 to 8 years. Must have had water in it instead of anti-freeze. The engine is seized and I'm having a lot of trouble getting off the rod caps so I can break it down. Rustiest engine I've ever seen. I decided to look for a replacement because I'm not sure I can get it apart.

A good machine shop could dip it and that would clean it up and very likely free things up. Being a wet sleeve engine there is a good chance you can reuse that block just put a sleeve kit in it. To bad your so far from me I have 2 engine blocks out of Cs that if I remember right would fit in a CA

I rebuild a 159 CASE motor like that... had to turn the crank and get a new cam in addition to a major overhaul kit ( pistons / sleeves / bearings.
