IB tractor ?

I have found an Allis Chalmers IB tractor I plan on keeping it I was just wondering if they are odd this one was a highway tractor

The IB is basically a B with the rear axle housing rotated 90 degrees to lower the tractor 6 inches.. A new straight front axle lowers the front a similar amount. The torque tube was shortened about 6 inches to make the total length smaller. Common use of the tractor was roadway median maintenance with sickle mower , railroad right of way maintenance, TUG tractor in factories and airports. Nice little tractor. Heavy and low to the ground. It shares most of the components with the B tractor, except for the few modifications.

I have an even rarer version of the IB with a Roustabout crane conversion. I believe this was the first use of the channel frame around the front....
