AC 175 Shuttle clutch parts

Any help or contacts for reasonable priced parts for the wet clutch rebuild kit. Having a tough time sourcing a thing from after market. Got a quote on an Agco parts for 3800$Can. Hoping to find something more reasonable.

I don't know exactly what parts you are needing, but if prices are that bad, try and find a complete used Power Director clutch from a D-19 (identical to a 175) or later D-17. All internal clutch parts should be the same. You might want to consider new ramp plates if they are available. The newer clutch discs 70261212 should work just fine instead of the original p/n discs. A 175 shuttle clutch should have 9 discs total, same as a D-19.

As long as we are talking on D-19 clutch's, so how big are they, about like a 806 pto clutches ?

My memory (and it ain't too good some days) says they were 7 inch diameter. Five discs in low range and four in high range.

You'r memory is just fine, thanks, they would be about the same size then, i have hauled the metal that they make automatic transmission plates out of!
