What is a non running 190 gas, seems to be all there, fair rubber worth. I need a starting point for a value. I haven't any pictures only what the owner told me. I would check it out myself before making an offer but I would like some starting point.

The 190 was one of A/C problem child tractor and the early ones tended to have transmission problems. Non-running maybe $500 give or take a bit since when that way you never know what its real problems are. The carbs had problems and can cost a lot to repair if you can find a kit.
 
My brother bought a 190 gas on an auction last spring. Tractor did not run but turned over. Like new rear rubber one like new 3 rib and one truck tire. Had a very nice westendorf loader on it. Loader was quick tach bucket was pin on. New tire chains. Straight tin. Had a cab but was in rough shape. Paid $700 for it. My FIL called to tell me to buy the tractor for him if it went cheap enough. Told him it sold and my brother bought it. He said he would give him $1000 for it and take care of getting it home. My brother sold it to him. FIL had it running in a couple days. Gas lines were rusted shut and also put new plugs and wires on and uses it on his horse farm.
