Does a styled WF have 2 clutches?

Does a WF have normal foot clutch and the running in oil Hand clutch? What style PTO , semi live or similar to WC?

The hand clutch was originaly developed for the WD to be used with Allis Chalmers round baler.

Then did WF production stop when WD was introduced? Were there any unstyled WF tractors?

The WF was built up to some were around 1948 or 1951 and the WD came out in 1948 and built until 1953 and had the same engine as the WF.

Yes there were unstyled WF's, the 1938 & 1939 models were "unstyled", the styled look was done in early 1940.
Production ran from 1938 through 1951 total built 8,350
