Mounted Sickle Mower?

I ran across a belly mounted sickle mower for an Allis Chalmers on CL. Called the seller and he said he wasn't sure what model it was...hasn't seen any plates on it but thinks it may have come off a model B or C tractor maybe. Does anyone have any idea if this would mount on a '41 WC?

Good question. It's definitely off a B/C. I suppose with enough engineering you could hang it under there. The challenge I can think of is the PTO drive on your tractor hanging down under there, totally different than the B/C.

Thank you for the input everyone. Don't know if it's going to work or not, not sure I want to try it, I've got enough other projects going right now.

I doubt it would work. Ladd Benes in Minnesota has a WC sickle mower that he is trying to sell. If you look long enough, you will find one. The B/C has no frame and is narrower than a WC. The WC mower also has the drive much closer to the bar as the pto is under the tractor vs he B/C that has it at the rear.
