I dont know anything personally about the cab but someone may be along shortly that does. I have pics of another style cab on an IB that has a door on the rear side. Im working on lowering a standard B at the moment and have measured and sketched a cab for it but I havent gotten that far along with it yet. Building a snow plow at the moment.
