I have never seen one of these before,
AC snap couple rotary hoe?????

There used to be a few around-- was kind of heavy. I have 1 on a hyd cart I hope to paint up next year.
 
Never seen one with the snap coupler set up but have parts and pieces of an old JD one I hope to fix up for a 3 point set up if I ever get around to it that is
 
Way back in the mid 60's, Dad and I built a Snap-Coupler mount for a 4 row Rotary Hoe on the D17
There was a large pipe for the main horizontal beam with a "T" piece and loop for the tongue.
Arms extended back over the gangs with short pieces of chain to lift them up off the ground.

It worked very good and we made another for a neighbor for his IH 706.


Before that, Dad made a platform out of bridge planks & using the Snap-Coupler to transport the Rotary Hoe as we had some rentals that were a ways away.
There was an awful lot of weight behind and sometimes the front end would bounce off the ground....made for interesting times.
That probably was the main impetus for building the Snap-Coupler mount.
