D-14???????Update

I rechecked the timing. Spot on. I removed the carb and rechecked the float level and even blew out the passages and reinstalled. Got a bunch of junk out. I purchased a new set of spark plugs. Gapped them and installed them. Give it a little choke while cranking and it started!!! YEEAH. I had to do a little manual bending of the throttle linkage to get it to slow down to about 850 RPM, but hey it's running. Now onto pulling the rear axles to replace seals and brakes.
