I saw a pic of a wd with an aftermarket hydraulic pump that bolted on the back of the distributor housing. Is this a kit and if so is anyone familiar with it? Pro's and con's?

Farmall used that system and I believe it is sometimes adapted to A-C tractors.
A-C did it this way. They ran the pump off the crankshaft pulley.

Had one on a WD a few years ago. I think it was a kit from Char Lynn.
Worked good for loader. SWMBO wanted me to pull a couple bushes next to house. Hooked chain on, & at idle it lifted rear of tractor off ground. Let it hang a few minutes, then as roots slowly tore loose, it settled down, then lifted it right out.

No the one I saw looked exactly like the one on a
farmall M. It mounted the same way. Do you think I
could use a farmall pump and possibly use an
adaptor plate? Im wanting to use said pump to run a
loader.
