The series IV D17's here had 18.4x28 from the factory. They still had 15" rims, so the tires were really pulled in. I never knew on these things whether it was a dealer, blockman, or factory choice.
The 180 tractor had 16" rims. I have purchased new 15" rims recently, but don't find 16" rims readily available.

I seen a 17 with some pretty nice tires, but the width of rim looked perfect to me, a nice straight sidewall, but they did look big compared to most 17's. and it wasn't a series IV. thanks

It's been enough years now that I suppose lots of things could have been replaced and/or changed, and the replacement looks old.

Either it's me, or some of my machines, which are too old, as I occasionally find myself working on something the second time around, and enough time has passed that I can't quite remember any tricks I learned !
