My neighbor had a auction last week to sell of all her husbands belongings after his death. He was an Allis mechanic in his younger days and he retired as a Chrysler mechanic. You couldn't ask for a better neighbor. All his tools sold cheap. His WC was in good mechanical condition but the rubber was fair. That brought $450. I bought that. His WD45 with loader brought $1600 in good shape. The G was in great shape with new rubber went for $4000. It was sad to see them go. I feel like I got a good deal on the WC. Nobody else wanted to bid on it. Oh the auction was in central Minnesota.

Brother was at an auction in northern mn today, John Deere auction mainly. He said most everything sold cheap there too. All tractors were Nicely repainted with new tires. A and B tractors didn't break the $1,000 mark and a 620 with factory wide front brought $2,000, 50, 60, and 70s were around $1500. I'm sure it didn't help it was a driving rain/snow mix all day. He ended up with a 3pt tiller that is in excellent shape for about 40% of what a new one would cost.
