BRAKES ADJUSTMENT WD45

Could someone tell me how to adjust the brakes on a WD-45. There is so much play I can not get the brake lock lever to engauge to hold the tractor.

You might want to get you a manual for that tractor. It will tell you every thing you want to know.

The adjustment is made after you remove both covers from the top sides of the Differential...

One is under the seat mount and other is to the left..
Very easy to figure it out..get them the same for each side...

The nut which takes the 3/4" wrench tightens up the assembly. You might want to jack it up to make sure you don't have them dragging. The set screw that comes through from the back side of the housing is used to equalize movement of the shoes. All the proper springs must be in place for that to work.
