That is a guys from the Spokane Washington club, I have looked it over before... Kind of neat in my opinion!! He was in the Farm Collector magazine with it!

Well, I'm not a fan of the pipes, but other than that I don't have a problem with it, especially since whoever owns it paid for it, I assume. I can't make out the fuel system though. I see the carb up there, requiring a fuel pump, which might be what I see after the fuel bowl, but not sure. The stock up draft carb has always seemed to work fine though.

I wouldn't mind owning it.
might have to paint a little Allis or Farmall like that myself.
only thing I'd change is make the front wheels two tone like the rears, and point those pipes straight up, or 45 degrees up/out to the side.
