I say it is a B. Just because it has a five bolt rear wheels does not make it a C. The late B's has 5 bolt rear wheels. Look at the spacing between the rear wheels and the fenders

The last year or 2 that B's were made, you could get the adjustable wide front end. Snap coupler were also available

An adjustable wide front end was always and option. The real early ones were an adjustable wishbone type, but after a few years it looked just like the picture. My 1940 B has the adjustable front end.

Its on the tri cities Tn. Craigslist. 2800 contact info 423-638-8445 423-638-9086 ask for Jeremy. Im not associated with it or the dealer, just remember seeing it for a month or so on Craigslist.

I believe the place was called Wells. It was a Vermeer dealership. Had new hay equipment out front with these rows of used equipment.this tractor was near perfect with all new electrical and everything. The only flaw was from the new fuel bowl leaking and it blistered the paint on the block below the drip.
I also posted in the ford n page 3 old fords. Front distributor is all I know about them

It is a B.. Blow up the picture and you can see the steering link on the left king pin area. Also, the front end is very narrow and lines up well with the rear tires, probably only 55-60 inches........ and you can see the tires set close to the fenders and seat.
