Allis chalmers d grader

I have a 1955 allis chalmers model d grader and I'm wondering what engine is in it.It is a gas engine.I need a upper end gasket set.The head gasket leaks.Thanks,Tim

If I remember right it used the same engine as the WD45 did. But it has been a while since I have been around one of them

The Model D was produced from 1949-1965, with a G226 engine, the same as the one in the WD45. The WD tractor, introduced in 1948, had the 201 cu inch engine like the WC, but the 226 was already in production in the power units, later put in the WD45.
