1945 Allis B Seals

I have changed the seals on the PTO shaft and the belt shaft on my 1945 Allis B a few years ago. The new seals helped to stop some of the leaks, but they both appear to still have small leaks. Very annoying.

Would a Redi Sleeve help in these applications and what is the Redi Seal part numbers? I think I used a SKF Redi Seal on the front crank shaft seal a couple of years ago which worked great.

See the link for how I did the pulley shaft seal on my '42. Your '45 may or may not have that spiral groove. If it does, you'll NEED a sleeve when using modern lip seals.

Thank you for the information and link. I purchased a SKF speedi sleeve and seal. My manual shows a grove in all the shafts on the tractor. Front crank, PTO, and belt shaft.
