ac d17 generator

What is the difference in the two generators listed for a d17, other than price? The two PN are 1100426 and 1100305. The PN in the parts manual I have is 1100426.

Maybe one is new, and the other is reman? My local Agco dealer would tell me, but Agco pulled their parts only $200,000 annual business back at the start of the year.

From the AGCO parts book. D17 generator is 74512777 and the reman is 79004801. That is for all series, gas ad diesel. Not sure where you got your part numbers, but they are not AGCO part numbers.

Got the numbers from this site. Searched for ac d17 electrical. The two numbers were listed.

Was the first D17 6V and later ones 12V?

No, both 12V. Neither stated new or rebuild.
