7060 AC will not move?

Well, it has not had any problems lately but upon parking in the driveway and restarting, it suddenly will not move forward or backward? There might me a small sound but no movement at all. It has the standard transmission and is probably mid 70s as it does not have the black undercarriage. Anyone have any idea what it could be and what it would need to be fixed? It seems odd it did it while not under any load? I would sure appreciate any help, not many people left around to ask about these old Allis Chalmers tractors. Thank you in Advance.

No hydraulics? No steering? No move? Sounds like nothing is turning past the flywheel. Possibly the torque limiter has given up
