IB/B information

I have an IB/B, 1948 (serial number B82675, engine number CE78172). Pictures are available at:

Has an IB decal, no foot throttle, front hydraulics and apparently sold thru Frantz Tractor Company in the Bronx, NY to the City of New York for use in their airports (likely snow removal and towing). Serial number is stamped with a "B" not an "IB".

Any information or thoughts would be appreciated.

A true IB has a shorter torque tube than the "B" . May or may not have protective rail, rear axle rotated 90 deg forward. The early ones had a "B" serial number and not an "IB" serial number.
