About what plow size wise to buy for my 190XT. I won the auction for the 4-18 high clearance Oliver plow I wanted. Come next spring I will see how the 2 of them go together. I think I got lucky and only paid $577 for the plow. It has good boards, shins, points, coulters and the tail wheel even holds air. It comes with a cylinder that has some pretty shabby looking hoses on it but that is an easy enough fix. Thanks again ALL that provided input to the question.

Matt dad pulled a 4x16 Ac plow behind his early 190 The HP was there to pull another bottom but was always a little afraid of the read end. That should be a good match for yours. price was right for an Oliver plow.

Good job! I had a succession of Oliver plows, one being like yours pictured. The next one was basically the same thing, but hydraulic reset. I pulled it with an AC 6060. There's enough adjustments on the front of that plow, that if you work at it long enough you can get it to pull straight. Dad had a JD 3 bottom which pulled straight, then traded it for a 4 bottom. The 4 bottom always pulled the tractor around sideways, and wore the right sway block. He then got a White spring reset, and was happy again. He pulled 4x16 with an AC 185, and I had the 4x16 behind the 6060. The 6060 had more power, and burned less fuel than the 185.
