WD hydraulic fluid change

My operators manual says that to completely drain the hydraulic system I need to also drain the pump control housing but it doesn't show or tell me how to do it. Also what is the capacity when draining that housing? Thanks.

There's a little pipe plug, I think 1/4" NPT, at the bottom of the rear housing which hangs off the hydraulic pump. Might hold a pint?

Do you know if that is also the case for the WD45? Also, where do you guys get your owners manuals? I've got a shop manual but it's a bit too detailed for a novice.
