Hello to All,,,new guy here and already wantin to ask some questions,,,,! I have a 1963 D15 Series II LPG that I have been workin on for some time and almost to the point of installing the decals on the tractor. A few months ago, I find out the LPG models had a different " LPG Series II" decal than the gasoline models. While I am not a stickler for being 100% correct, I would like to get as close as possible to the original look. I have contacted Wacker Decals and Maple Hunter and they both tell me they have never seen one, although there was a 1963 LPG shown at the Orange Spectacular in 2010, and the pic shows th LPG lettering but not clear enough to copy. I contacted Larry Karg with OS and he is looking thru their huge collection of pictures to try and find a better pic.
In looking thru the Tractor Shed collection here, I find a pic (on page 121 of 136) of a D15 Series II LPG submitted by " Jason from MN " of a "Allis Chalmers D15 LPG High Crop Series II" I would like to ask if anybody here knows Jason from MN or better yet, how to contact him. The pic posted does show the "LPG Series II" lettering but not really clear enough to copy. Ther is also a URL link to Tractorshed.com, but I could not find another pic of the tractor.
