Very Nice!! It never looked that good the day it rolled out of the factory! I really like the picture you took showing the upper past of the engine and the underside of the hood!

They didn't have starter option in 36. All it takes is a styled bell housing with the starter hole. Very sharp restoration.

Thanks for all the nice comments, and yes it was hand crank, I thought I liked it and even put it back together with it, started easy before, but wasnt thinking again, and after I rebuit the engine and put the bigger bore higher compression pistons in it, I didnt like the hand start anymore lol, I couldnt even start it, to hard for me so took it all back apart and changed it over, cranks easy now lol, and the muffler throw the hood ant right, just wanted a muffler.

Mike you do great work. What kind of paint did you use? I have a styled wc if it turns out half that good I'll be happy!

Very nice job! You definitely invested a lot of time and money in that one, but it is beautiful. I have a 1938 that I would like to restore but short on time and it needs rear rims. Mine has no key or electrical system, was the key and amp meter in that location originally?

That is one beautiful WC.... Wish mine looked half that good. I do have a question for you, tho'. Where can I find the oil cup for the air cleaner? Mine has been missing since I bought it....

Sorry but I dont have a cup for one, I would try ebay you see them there sometime, or maybe the classifieds on this site, someone on here may have one, good luck.

If you have the style with the spring loaded bail, there are reproductions. If you have the kind with the tabs, I think you are down to salvage yards and eBay.
