Had my neighbor come and give me a pull on the "B" I bought home, (Should have left there) anyway the engine started but squeals like a Son Of A Gun and no oil pressure. I shut it down right away. Where should I start looking? I'm ready to take it the scrap yard and cut my loses.

No oil pressure is the wrong oil filter or the tube inside the filter is missing. Common problem on those B/C and a few other A/C tractors

The first thing I would do if it is not tight and you can crank it over now is remove the filter, place a gas line on the stand pipe a foot or longer, fill with engine oil, let it seep down for a coupla minutes, refill hose and start engine. That should give you oil pressure and start to lube the bearings. Listen for knocks after it has oil.
If it would be something you can do it would be best to remove the pan and drop each bearing cap and lube the crankshaft under bearing. I would guess the squeal was from cam bearings since it did not tie up before you shut it down. If it tied up you would not have any other choice than to remove the pan and replace a bearing or more. I have never heard of the mains or rods to squeal. It usually galls the bearing to the crankshaft.
