I am looking for a service manual for this tractor. I am going to be replacing the head gasket in the near future. Any insight or special things to watch for are appreciated as well. Thanks all

After you get the head off, don't turn he engine unless you have a bolt and washer holding the sleeves down. Most times they won't move, but if they do, then its pull them out, clean and replace the 0 rings at the bottom.

Ok thanks. I am waiting for the IT manual. Are these engines wet or dry sleeve?

With out pulling the manual out I will say likely to be wet sleeve other wise there would not be any o-rings in the sleeves

It is definitely a wet sleeve , and cavitation is very common in the 301 engine, How often was the the Anti-freeze changed before now, any idea ?
