Where to find carb kit for XT190 gas

Got a call from a guy today about a carb on his XT190. He so far has not been able to find a kit for the Holley 3257-1 carb on his tractor. So any ideas of where to find one?? I have not looked here yet but will in a bit.
Also he need to have his brakes fixed is that an easy job or do you have to open up the rear end. Oh and yes I have the manual just have not looked yet and since I have never done a brake job figured I'd ask here
 
My brother use use to have a XT Gas, not sure where to get a carb kit, but there is a guy in Rice Minnesota, and can't think of his name for sure, maybe Marks Carburetor, As far as the brakes go, my brothers was easy to work on, mostly got to get the dirt out of them, and make sure the balls can travel in the slots, Think u can get parts thru Hycapcity or Allis, Assemble them with dry graphite,yep same as seed corn Lubriate.
 
Your description of needing to have the balls travel in the slot reminds me of the brakes on a Series III D17 and the F2 combine...they were a combination of band and disc brakes. Not hard to work on, but on the D17, required removal of final drives with a cherry picker.
 
Those carbs can be problematic and some people have had to replace the whole carb,I had a 190XT gas and the carb never really gave me a problem but that tractor would go thru 3 gals gas an hr easy.The brakes are a combination of disc and band but they are on the outside of the rear might have to take some of the platform or fenders off to get to them
 
3 gallon an hour does not sound too bad for a gasser tractor of that much hp. I would have guessed lots more like 6.0 to 7.0 gph.
 
I can not say on a gas XT190 but the diesel one I had years ago did very good. I only put fuel in it one time that summer and baled hay all summer with the 10 gal I put in. Still had some when I traded it off
