My son in central Iowa has a single bottom mounted plow w/manual lift for a B Allis. The moldboard is welded. He wants to sell it, but has no idea of value. Any ideas???
Thanks for any help!

If it is complete with the draw bar and all the mounting hardware you might be able to get $150 for it. If the mounting hardware is missing like it usually is then you will have a hard time getting $50-75,, at least in these parts. Last fall I scrapped a pick up load of B/C plows and mountings that I could not sell otherwise.

I have had 5-6 plows advertised over on the other A-C site off and on for about 3 years now and only got two sniffs. Advertised them here a couple times also. Could not get scrap price for them so off to china they went. They were not cast moldboard type.

See what they are bringing on eBay, mount it on the tractor and take some pictures of it so the buyers can see its complete. They are hard to find around here but there aren't to many buyers either. I personally would mount it on the tractor with a sign on it at a show to get it in front of the target audience.A lot of work for $150.00. It's one of those things when you're looking you can't find one when you're selling you can't find a buyer. I had to buy 2 incomplete sets of cultivators for my C plus a parts tractor to get everything and probably have 30 hours into them freeing them up and putting them on the tractor To me they are priceless but I would be luck to get scrap for them.T.J.

Thanks to all for your resounses. I passed this info plus prices from ebay & Tractorhouse on to him so it's up to him now!
Thanks again!
